Candlight Welfare Foundation started its journey in the year 2019 with an initiative to create fund for anyone who is in need of any medical emergency. Gradually, we felt the importance to come under a process so that we can serve people in a better way focussing the really needy people of the society.

About Us
Candlight Welfare Foundation embarked on its mission in 2019, initially aiming to establish a fund to assist individuals facing medical emergencies. Recognizing the evolving needs of our community, we endeavored to enhance our services by aligning with formal procedures, with a particular focus on supporting the most vulnerable members of society. In 2022, we successfully registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. This milestone marked the beginning of our dedicated efforts to serve humanity more effectively. Additionally, we obtained approval from the Income Tax Department to issue 80G and 12A certifications, enabling our patrons and donors to avail tax benefits for their generous contributions.
